Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will issue a full refund.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from your order, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund.
Size or Fit Issues: For standard, non-customized items, we accept returns for sizing issues, provided the item is unused and in its original condition (tags intact).

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

The request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Refunds for personalized or custom-made items will only be processed if the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@tretzi.com or use our website’s contact form. Include your order number, photos of the product (if defective/damaged), and the reason for the refund.
Approval Process: Once your refund request is reviewed, we’ll notify you of its approval or rejection within 3 business days.
Return the Item: If approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs will be covered by us for defective or incorrect products. For other returns, the customer covers shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective).
Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to accommodate requests for the same product in a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).
