At TRETZI, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward.

Order Cancellation

Before Order Processing:

You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed for shipment.
To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and click “Cancel Order.”

After Order Processing:

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange once you receive the product (refer to our Refund Policy).


Customized or Personalized Items


Orders for customized or personalized products (e.g., custom-printed T-shirts or merchandise) cannot be canceled after 6 hours of placing order.
But, after that if you need to cancel a custom order, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange once you receive the product (refer to our Refund Policy).

Refund for Canceled Orders

For orders canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of the cancellation request.


How to Cancel Your Order

Via Website:
Log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the order you wish to cancel. Click the “Cancel” button and confirm your request.


Via Customer Support:
Contact us at support@TRETZI.com. Provide your order number and request cancellation.


Important Notes

For time-sensitive orders (e.g., gifts), please double-check your details before confirming the order to avoid the need for cancellations.
If you placed the order by mistake, cancel the order immediately or contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.
